Weird Leak on Wiper Motor Cover

Hey, what could this leak be coming from? It looks like its draining down from the hood liner onto the wiper motor cover. It doesn't have any distinct odor.

Probably not. It looks like it's coming from above, which leads me to think it is coming from the hood somehow? Is the underside of that hood insulation wet at all?

Is there ps fluid on top of the ps pump cap? Ps hoses good and clean
