Hello, I figured this would be the best place to ask this. I have a 96 and there's a problem with my lights when I pull the switch to turn them on--only the headlights come on.

Here's the weird part. When I pull the switch to the point where it only turns on the interior lights, all of the lights (dash, clock, radio etc.) Get very dim and flicker, and if the engine is on the rpms go way down as if the engine about to stall.
The only things I did to the car before this started was replace the serpentine belt and flushed the coolant.

Does anyone know what this is. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
