Weird noise

-- posting for a friend -- My friend just baught a 95 gt with a rebuilt tranny.... but when pulling off the clutch in first , everyonce in a while you will hear a squeek sound, which sounds like its comming from the tranny. ( around the shifter area )... Any ideas?

Squeak? I've never heard of that before...can you post a sound clip?


And on a side note, why does your GT have the 6 cyl rims?

Year 2000 mustangs, they offered the option of having those rims, ( cheaper price for the car ) .....guess the original owner didnt want to pay extra for the other rims, but i have saleens now.. i need to update my sig

Oh, glad i dont have that problem, mine came with chrome cobras.
