Weird problem with car

PROBLEM 1:

Ok, I have a 94 gt convertible...
for a while my rear passenger window wouldnt go up
fixed it by putting in a new switch in the driver door.
everything was fine for a few weeks, window goes up and down no problem

well other day my rear passenger window got stuck down again, would not go up...every day for 3 days i tried to get window to go up but it wouldnt
so today i go to my buddies house (stanger007) to rip out the interior and troubleshoot...well this morning my window starts working again just fine
i drive to his house and im like "hey wes it works now!" and boom it stopped working again lol

well we take out the seats and panels and get to the window, take out the motor and hook it up to a car battery and it spins fine both ways
put it back into the car and window goes up and down just fine again...

so i thought it was just a loose connection and we musta fixed it in the process of removing it and reinstalling...

well im happy now so i go to put the convertible top back up and start putting the rear windows up, they go up fine, passenger front goes up fine........

now driver door window wont go up....I did not touch anything on that side of the car even, why would that randomly stop working???
so we take off the door panel, the voltages all check out fine, and boom the window randomly starts working

as of now all the windows work but i have no idea when one window will stop working randomly for a few days....any ideas??


P.S. When the passenger rear window wasnt working I heard no clicking at all.
when the driver side window stopped working, i could hear clicking when i hit down on switch but no clicking when I hit up

PROBLEM 2:
The vents by my windshield blow air even when the controls are set to "OFF" I tried jigging the control and switching to other settings and back.

My drivers window gets stuck sometimes. It did earlier today. I have tp pull the door panel off and tap the motor.

I need to change the motor someday.

And the A/C thing is probably a vacuum tree leak.

For problem 2... is it the fan motor that stays on?

If so, have you checked your grounds lately. Or had any work done that may have involved removing a ground. Could be that. Bad grounds always cause goofy electrical (and sometimes even mechanical) problems. I would say thats the easiest and cheapest place to start. ANd it might be the solution to both of your problems.

yeah i think the fan motor is on
havent checked my grounds, but i will replace them when i do my HCI in a month

I have "problem 2" too hahaha , fan motor doesn't stay on but what weird is that even when I change blowing direction from windshield to vents or legs is still blows thru windshield vents , same thing with A/C on.
