I need some help with some sounds coming from my stock tranny.. when the engine is cold and i have the clutch pedal in i get a VERY loud whine, but that stops when things warm up. Also on start up i get light squeking sounds from the clutch area, again when the car is cold. i also have a 2nd gear problem, if the motor is cold and i shift to second, the gear grinds even when the clutch is all the way in... all this happens only when the car is cold. I thought maybe it was just the t/o bearing but i could be wrong? I have no other tranny problems except a syncros out for reverse. Please help me figure it out
