I recently picked up a set of weld draglites off my local craigslist for my 89'. I just went to install the fronts and the inside of the wheel is hitting the caliper where the little metal tab is that holds the brake pads in place. I can't tell if the fronts are 3.5" or 4" wide with the tires mounted, but the tires are 185/60s. Im not sure what the problem is, and they're are barely hitting.
I call the guy I bought them from when I discovered this and of course I get no answer after no return calls after several messages
Anyone else have a similar probelm? Do you think I would be okay running a 1/4" spacer without doing anything to the studs since the weld lug nu goes through the wheel?
