Those two codes can be thrown by the MAF going bad or maybe just needing to be cleaned with some CRC electronics cleaner. You are right, it is unlikely both the o2's went bad at the same time. That is exactly what I thought when this happened to me. My symptoms were different though, acceleration was absolutley embarrassing. Easy check and fix. I hope this solves your problem.

that's one thing I have yet to check! I'll do that next! before anything else. I did go ahead an ordered a 155lph fuel pump

the MAF could be bad, but not quite worth buying a new one just to find out that wasn't the problem.

EGR and cam don't get along. How much money do you have? The best solution is to get a premade chip for 24lb + EGR delete and some good manifold gaskets, Fel-Pro 1250's wiggle too much on alum head/alum manifold, Mr.Gasket seals way better. (recommending the manifold gaskets for safe measure)
I sort of rednecked my EGR delete, I have the Performer RPMII manifold and I when I got the adapter, I taped up the inside of the inlet, and poured JB weld into the EGR port, when she dried, I ported it smooth. Never had a problem with it and that was about 4 yrs ago.

Don't drive on bigger injectors though, if you think about it:
at idle, lets say you're using %30 injector of 19lb/hr, that' equates to about 5.7lb/hr of fuel at idle, swap the injector without telling the computer to 24lb/hr, you'll be using 7.2lb/hr of fuel. The computer is gonna go HOLY ****! WAAAY TOO MUCH FUEL, CUT BACK! you get the idea.

I should mention this on that other thread.

Well I have 19# injectors right now. I never had the issue with the cam and egr not agreeing before.. I even unplugged the vacumm to the egr just to make sure and it still ran like $h!t. Then I hooked it back up and unplug the MAF and it the throttle would go WAY up in RPMs if you even tap the peddle. I drove it with it MAF unplugged an it seem to make the "jerking" of the engine go away or less noticable. but I can't drive it like that because of the high RPMs it produces. I'm swapping out the fuel pump and filter this friday and checking the plugs too.

I pulled the plugs last night and they all looked real good. So not looking like an ignition issue but I replaced them anyways and as I figured it didn't fix it.

Well evryone I finally fixed the problem. It was the fuel pressure regulator. I disconnected it and drove it and it drove fine. So I'm driving around with the vacuum line disconected and capped off until I can get an adjustable FPR. Thanks everyone for your help on trying to figure this thing out. now I have to figure out why my throttle sticks or hangs!!!! I'm thinking it's the TPS needing adjustment.
