They do hang down, but not as bad as it looks.. they do have a lot of clearance

^ I warned you about that....but NOOOOO you wouldnt buy my BBKs so you could have ground clearance. You wanted teh chevy products on your car so it would sound like a camaro .

I was thinking the same thing. My Hookers don't hang anywhere near that low....yikes

Im sure shipping will be high, so I was thinking PM SENT shipped . The only problem with them is a dent from the pass side motor mount. But it didnt hurt my power any . It has happened to others as well....just when you have alot of torque i guess HA. BTW these are the ceremic coated ones and go for $500 W/O shipping new. And just reuse your studs and buy THESEgaskets. (I just bought some....supposed to be very good)

Just PM me and ill get you some pictures .

btw did he happen to tell you what timing you're running when you got it tuned? im curious to see because he told me i might need to back mine off once it got hot.. which we all know its been hella hot.. but i havent heard any pinging at all.. making me paranoid and such.

congrats on the install. it really not that bad once you do it. any numbers yet and wheres the vid im sure that thing sounds nasty

good choice on the spl...i got them too. they do hang a little low.

anyway, good luck on the numbers. i gained a good amount of low end tq, keep an eye on that so you know what you really picked up.

I will make a dyno number thread tomorrow and let you guys know what it made. It wasn't that great since it was 101.5* and humid as HELL in the shop, but when the weather gets back to normal it will be a LOT better (I have already experienced the difference).

Thats what I was thinking, but since the car couldn't seem to get hardly any cool air in it and it was so damn hot, it was just choking it down.

Not tryin to make excuses or sound like a ricer tho lol

It wouldnt be a bad idea just to see if you can get corrected #s though just to see what it can do on a good day
