Finally got everything back from the machine shop and ready for assembly.
First got the head back from Powerheads in Riverside, Ca. Nice job porting wise, they blended the prechambers on the head and ported the exhaust and intake. Maganafluxed the head for leaks, replaced valve springs with some chevy springs they said from a small block. (pics comming soon, hopefully in the morning after I get some sleep (too excited ). Intake and exhaust manifolds have been ported. Intake has been gutted and polished(should I rotate it, whats the benifet for it? Less restriction in air flow but is that all?). Lower intake port matched to the head same with exahaust manifold. Block has new crankshaft main bearings all new seals. Turbocharge from Turbonetics (t4/04) stange 2 ceramic bearings . Volvo FMIC with bosch bypass valve. Ranger roller cam (gotta love ebay 64.00. Centerforce duel friction clutch disc, Motion Dynamics clutch quad. (replaced that yesterday after having that gay plactis peice break on me causing a tow home . Only thing I'm waiting on is the alumn. driveshaft from ford motorsports. NOS brown top injectors (in original ford packages). IAC and TPS
NOS in orignal box.

ECM module chipped with Powerheads Riverside, CA. rev limiter is set to 7,800rpm

total cost: $1400 <------ Garage Clearanece Price.
(includes everthing)
total boost psi expected: 24psi

This guy has a Comp Prep SVO with complete Griggs racing suspension setup got rid of the 4cyl infavor of a 351c with a t56 setup (dude has too much money) .

So for sale is my 130,000mi orignal engine, had a head gasket and valve job done in 1999, but the car has sat for a while and the valve seals are dry and problably cracked. 86 SVO running engine (except the turbo, computer. I had to use my orignal one for a core and only have the intake side left over from the t3-04 upgrade. However does include original VAM meter from my old engine. Make me an offer... I do have a T3 in peices I could have assembled and resealed for an added cost.

WTH is a T4/04 turbo? Never heard of such a thing.

Rotating the intake has nothing to do with better flow or performance...it's just for FMIC tubing routing (not necessary, just some people prefer the shorter tubing).

its all in the wording. I recently came across a pinto with all of that and he was running 1 tenth faster than me in the 1/8th.

sorry theres a couple "type o's". I wrote it really late sat. night before I went to bed so...

with the roller cam it should rev to 7000 or so. I'm told I should expect boost some where between 20psi - 24 or 25 psi. I'm curious to see how much power it puts out...

You don't plan to have an adjustable boost valve or what? I don't see what you are saying here exactly...

What is a T4/04 turbo?

I don't have a ranger cam so I can't speak from experience but.....

Even if it would rev to 7k(I'm sure it probably would), the ranger cam is not the one I would want to do that with, not to mention stock followers.

Do you have a link to a compressor map for a T4/04?
EDIT: your sig says T3/T4 is that what it is?

EDIT AGAIN: Are you planning on using the HSK super sequential BOV?

I apologize for not making it clear that is a t03-04 turbo. And yes I am running an adjustable boost valve at this moment on my stock motor. At this point the blow off valve i'm going to sell in favor of the bosch bypass valve. I'm open to suggestions for cam. I'll be buidling up the stock motor thats in the car now after I swap it out. I'll post the pics when I get home.
