i was pulling 10 at the hit and about 12* from 4500-6500. with 2% fuel added across the spectrum. it was a safe tune up that i knew would get down the track. i should have put the kill tune up in it pulling 2-3 at the hit and about 6 up top then pull about 4% of the fuel out

Speaking of Nitrous, can someone educate me on multiple stages/kits? How and when do they come on? I'm a Street Outlaw junkie but when Daddy Dave was talking about his new car having 3 kits but only one was working what does that exactly mean?

Sorry if I'm derailing, btw 11.66 @115mph sounds pretty good and that's on a conservative tune

Most are on a progressive controller that delay the amount of "hit" and some have multiple types of kits. For an example a direct port fogger and/or plate system. The kit is usually jetted for a certain amount of power gain and the controller sets the % of flow at any given time. For example jetted for a 250hp kit that only sprays 25% at launch with a full in delay of 2 seconds(just numbers I'm using) so say 50% at .5 sec/75% at 1.5 seconds 100% by 2. They also may have 2 systems and use one for the launch and the 2nd comes in on a delay(say a 100hit and then the second kit sprays 200). @srtthis can probably explain it better than I did. I always just used one kit 100% at wot which stopped spraying as soon as you let of throttle(used a little microswitch on throttle body)

Did it go Paul Walker on you if you rolled into the throttle and then tripped the micro switch?

Lol...uhh no. I always laugh at car movies when it comes to "nawz". My favorite is when the car is in high gear at max rpm and they turn the nitrous on and ...accelerate like a bat outa hell. Real world...there would be a big ugly noise of exploded motor parts. Nitrous can be violent on street tires though. Imagine rolling into it in 2nd gear with an additional instantaneous 150hp/ft lbs TQ. Also I always had the bottle off on the street unless I was looking to race.
