I dunno, I'm not to keen on it. Maybe it's not rice, but whatever it is, it just doesn't look that good. It looks....fake....and cheap.....and crappy........and did I mention fake. And the second one should just be crushed and put out of our misery.
mine had a double stack wing like that on it when i bought it. within 10 minutes it was gone. and i'm not a fan of those black rims either.
lose that stuff and freshen up the paint, and it'd be ok.

just like most people said here, i actually dont mind the color, sorta nice (needs repaint i know) and the black wheels are getting more and more popular amungst mustang drivers. The headlights are cheesy......the wing is terrible....... but i really wouldnt call it rice, just would say that uncle ben is clogging this guys image....

Funny how no one noticed the rear wheels don't fill up the wheel well and the front ones bulge out a bit. I think he has the rear ones on the front and vice versa. Last time I checked the rear and front wheel back spacing was different. The wing is a little much and I think the black wheels are what is giving this stanger the "Ricer" title. Think about how many imports are running around with black rims and "whatever" body paint. I think you should go up and talk to the guy about his car and find out what his plans are with the car. You never know,,,,you might be able to persuade him to come over to the good side of the force.

Black rims are rice? Well I guess I shouldn't look at getting Black Saleen Replica's for the project eh? I don't mind black, it'd be different if i went for orange rims or something. I guess we'll always have our standards for what is rice, I think black rims are a nice change from chrome, IMO. I'm sure a few others will agree too.
It's not that bad of a car. I talked to this guy that has a 98 GT with a double spoiler on his car. It looked pretty nice, didn't have any complaints about it. I think he said he got it from Design Consepts, not sure though.

the wheels and the air vents in the bumper bother me but other than that it is ok...what would bother me is if he had no engine upgrades...with that much done to the exterior...in my book to not be rice, he must be throwing down 320 rwhp..for every exterior upgrade there should be a performance upgrade because all show no go makes the ricer..
I dont like the whole body kit thing - no matter who makes it. I guess my biggest complaint (not like it matters anyhow) is that HORRIBLE wing and the projection headlights - oh yea, paint too. The car isn't THAT bad - just off somehow. I agree too that if he is trying to go for the dark look, kill those headlights and clear corners and go for some tinted ones.
As far as the front and rear wheels having different spacing ... ummm, no. I think the flared body kit makes the narrower rear axle look even MORE inset and makes the front look wider. I was thinking the same ... this guy needs some rear wheel spacers!

those of you who think that double stack wing is ricy are in need of a serious friggin reality check. Any wing that came on the orginial 1995 Saleen 351 Viper killing Mustang IS NOT RICE!!!!

I definitely wouldn't justify what this guy did enough to tell him his car is **** but i, however, am very bent on finding out where he's going with this thing. I think he had a very good concept in mind but lost sight after he discovered it would take some serious time, money, and work to do. You have to be a very persivering and dedicated stang enthusiast to se projects through and to keep from so many unfinished projects building up before you complete even just one. Like I started on my ignition upgrade on scheduled tune-up haven't gotten all the wires ran the way I wanted when I started rerouting all the electrical to accomidate the battery going to the trunk. Gotta finish projects or else you get side tracked and things go unfinished. This guy should have started on the paint and restoration first to give him a sharp basis to build on. Do the headlamps and wing and extras later and if you're going with the saleen lookp- dump the 4.6L GTs on the side and at least make me guess when i look at you to get my attention that way.mytight95 said:

Maybe I don't get it, but it doesn't look any more rice than any other mustang with saleen parts on it, wheather it's a true saleen, or copy. It looks like it needs some TLC, but lots of 8-10 year old cars do. Granted, I don't like the headlights, but, it ain't in my driveway.
