is anyone here running the performer intake with a spacer and a stock hood. if so is the spacer helping performance or is it required to clear the stock valve covers.
I'm not sure if the Edel. will clear the stock hood with a spacer. On the top corner of my Edel. theres a black smudge where that fire shield rubs it so its right up there close to the hood.
I forgot to add that I had the Edel with stock valve covers and they cleared fine like mentioned above. They even cleared the fox valve coves which sit a little higher.
