I went to the track tonight in the 98, I did OK, but I wanted a 13.6, but I could not really nail my launch, anyway here are my slips.

Very impressive and consistant. High 13s are very good times for the mods you have.

I can do much better, it was cold out tonight and traction was not that easy, next week I am getting 3.90 gears with my tax return and am shooting for 13.5 or better.

You might have done better but your 60' are still really goods considering your suspension setup ! What kind of tires are you running ?

Care to share your launching technique ? That's definitely the thing I need to work on before going back to the track.

I also think you did really well considering your mods. You got any stock times to compare to ?

Excellent times man. That car is really moving out of the whole with that 1/8 mile time

I launch at about 3.5-4k and do a good 5-10 second burnout. I slip the clutch, I do not drop it at all, I try to keep the front end of the car up all through 1st gear, somtimes I over use the clutch and it slows me down. But the more do it, the better I get at it.
