First track visit with new setup:
Best 1/4 et and mph are in the sig, 60 ft was 1.982
1/8 mile
et: 8.732
mph: 81.77
the car was tuned on a dynojet the same day, all numbers are in the sig, uncorrected, no dr's.
A/F is at 13.0, the bottom end is forged
I chirped 2nd and 3rd and shifted at about 5800-5900 after a dead hook launch at 2300 rpm
t56 gear ratios are as follows:
2.95, 2.07, 1.43, 1.00, .80, .62
I scream through the traps just under 6k in 4th with the 4.10s
only weight reduction is the spare and jack
tuning was done by Vince at L&S in BR last week
No Problem Raceway: 12ft above sea level, temp was about 45*, not sure about humidity, but the dyno and track run were on the same day, so i guess about 20-25 percent based on the dyno sheet.

i think he means cause your trap speed seems really low 105 with all the mods youve got is kinda low. you should be trapping more in the 109 area. If not more

Any dyno graphs? Your MPH does seems very very low! If you haven't had it tuned (I hope you have), then get it tuned! Major HP right there. Were you using street tires/DRs/slicks? 1.98 is okay, but you could do better with those GSD-3s. I could see a 1.90 with those GSD-3s, and a 1.80 or better with DRs. All these numbers are assuming you will get a tune before hand.

Matt

EDIT: Is your ET corrected for elevation etc.?

That's what I was wondering too. The ET and Trap both seem slow for his mods/dyno numbers, but the 60' time is good. Doesn't make sense.

That's ok I can't do better than a 2.2 60' lol. But I do have a bad t loc, stock gears. and suspension. I hope to have my 31 spline rebuild done by the end of the month. I have only been to the track twice but I think I'm hooked.

Is the car a stick or auto. What was the weather at the track like BP Humidity temperature? Do you know the DA? A stick with your 60' times and HP I would think 13.0-12.9 at 109 MPH. With some traction drop the 60' into the mid 1.8's and you should run around 12.75.

Sorry I missed the stick part. The 45 degrees is good and bad. Since the dyno runs were at 64.99 64.49 66.51 the 45 at the track will give you a little more HP the bad part is it is very hard to get good traction when the track is real cold. I will stay with my estimates above.

Do you have a timeslip of the entire run? What was your 1/8 time and trap?

NOTE all my estimates are based on dyno HP and not modifications. I thing at the 1/8 you are .25 to .3 slow. What kind of dyno was the run on. I also do not see a a/f graph posted.
