Went to the track yesterday

It was my first time ever racing and i had fun but i thought my car would be faster. I ran 14.208 Did i run good for what I have?

yea your tires are killing ya get the 60 down to a 1.9 and youll be in the 13's good job practice will get you better times .......just practice and practice before you add parts im sure you can get another .2-.5 tenths off!!

Thats good, I agree with that mph, a nice 1.9-2.0 60' and youll be in the 13's

yea i would go to 55 or 57 not really much more power stock after that point......practice practice practice!!

That looks about right. My stock 93 Cobra ran 13.9 at the track in Jacksonville, NC. With those mods, you are exactly where you should be.

i ran 14.1s at 99 with flat 2.0s so yes work on the 60's and it will go down.
the 60' is all its about. getting it down the track is easy

Getting it down the track is easy, but doing it to get the most out of the car... Not so easy.

Loks pretty good. Drop the 60' and you could easily have 13s. Just takes practice.

Traction is sooooooo important. Get some Drag Radials for your next mod and leave the line at 3 grand first. If it holds, increase your launch RPM. Also, the factory tach is usually off somewhere between 500~700 rpms so if your using this as your shifting pts based off your "factory tach" I would shift your car at 6 grand. Granted your power is on the downward trend, but it will put you in a higher power range after you shift. Good luck, but have fun with it

I ran a 14.6 with a 2.8 60 @ 98mph. If you get your 60 and shift points down to a science you should see 13's

I have an autometer tach with shift light.
