Is this kit anygood for $30? I'm doing budget here but I think these bolts might be junk But i really dont want to pay over $100 for an apr set. What other options do I have?

This dude has 100% feedback. All I would want to know is the grade of the bolts. For those applications a grade 5 will be good.

Well, i'm using arp for the rockers, heads, exhaust and intake. Do I need to go all out on the timing cover and other misc bolts?

I agree completely, this is not the place to go cheap. ARP all the way. They sell a complete kit for the 302.
