So in his mind he's saving a couple of bucks and that will hurt the fuel companies... Instead he's actually encouraging the fuel company by using up 90% more fuel than normal.

THE ONLY WAY TO HURT THE BASTARD FUEL CIE IS TO STOP USING YOUR CARS!

So if he would have traded in his huge POS SUV for an Echo or something - THAT would hurt the fuel companies!

I think its a joke, no one can be that stupid or have some scouts that contacts him to tell him about lower gas prices, unless the scouts are working for the gas companies.
