I have heard many different people talk about centrifugal superchargers, roots supercharges, and twin screw superchargers. Would someone please explain what the difference is between these and who makes what, etc. etc.?

Those sites give some great info! I already knew most of it but I'll remember to direct someone there if they have questions.

Here are some examples of who makes what-

Twin Screw - Kenne Bell
Centrifugal - Vortech, Paxton, ProCharger
Roots - Eaton, I believe Saleen is a roots type too

The Saleen is made by Eaton, it's an Eaton M90. The only other I can think of for Roots is the SVO blower for the 96-98s.

the mongoose from T & J is a kit, not a supercharger and i think you can get it with either the vortech or novi2000
