What are the real performance #'s for 4.10s?

what kind of 0 to 60 and 1/4 mile improvements can i expect from 4.10s? all of the posts i have read so far give no before and after numbers of any kind.

i picked up 3-4 tenths in the 1/4 when switching from 2.73 to 4.10s

It all depends if you use slicks or street tires.

With slicks, I saw a half second reduction in my ET with low 1.70s 60 ft. times launching at 5,500.

With street tires, the 4.10s will/might cause a loss in traction, so your time might not improve by much if any.

Traction becomes a bigger issue. This is in an auto with stock tires

I was running 9.3 to 9.4 in the summer with stock gears. I got 4.10s and I was hitting 9.1s with a 9.0.

So around .4s is the improvement with 4.10, thats very good.
