What are these? (Front spring isolator kit)

The two long pieces, what are they for?

These are the insulators for the bottom of the springs. Just slip them up from the bottom.

Ah i see, so i slide them up over top of the coil from the bottom, far enough that the end of the coil is even with the end of the insulator i guess?

I've got the Energy Suspension isolators on all 4 springs, red of course. They're very nice compared to the stock rubber ones. I'm sure those Prothanes are good as well.
