What are you using for a hood liner ?

The insulation under the hood of my 2001 Cobra looks like crap. I removed it leaving just the painted surface.

What are you running? Have any pics?

I'm thinking of maybe a decal, mural, mirror stainless steel, etc.

Wanna look good at the weekend cruises.

I threw my crappy hoodliner in the trash the day I got my car. The underside of the hood is painted and waxed.

If the hood liner is there to stop road noise, I guess it doesnt really matter if I remove my ugly liner. With my suspension & tires, my car has a ton of road noise anyway, & when I install the torque arm, subframes, & rear coilovers, its gonna be worse.

I dont have a hoodliner and i have nothing but under coating on mine, and i run it all day long, in the middle of the summer (yes i know i live in washington and sunny days dont happen offen, so joke away lol) but it gets around 90 here and i dont have any problems..
