what are subframe connecters and what do they do?

They connect the frame of your car from front to back,along the frame and under the floor, can be round or tubeing or even other shaped steel. the rectangular tube stuff is good. Makes the car stiffer, tighter, less rattle, less body sag, doors,etc. Makes it generally more solid. Cheap, highly recommended.
