What ARP bolts for Edelbrock Performer heads?

So what's the deal with 1/2" and 7/16" stepped washer head bolts and what not.... Like these ARP-154-3605 ??
Can I use these ARP-154-3701 ??

I used the Edelbrock bushings with the ARP-154-3601 bolts. Do not use the washers that come with the ARP bolts though. The Edelbrock bushings/washers are used in their place. I dont know the Edelbrock bushing part number.
