What block is this?!

For some reason I'm having a heck of a time figuring out what block this is. There is no R or W marking by the oil pump and the valley looks different as well. I was told this was pulled from a Crown Vic or Grand Marquis I believe. Thanks

Should be some casting numbers along the bottom skirt area

Thanks, if I can read the casting numbers correctly its a 1991 Romeo block
