this winter i'm planning on building up a stroker motor, what i was thinking was to buy a used block, because they are cheap any way, then just getting that block machined because this way while i'm building the motor up i don't need to worry about finishing it by summer, because i wanna drive the stang next summer, and if for some reason i don't finish the new motor by summer i don't have to drive the winter beater around during the summer while the stang is sitting in the garage. any way with the stroker i am obiously wanting a roller cam, my question is what other cars have a roller 5.0 motor in it? i know you can convert a non roller block to a roller block, but it would just be easier to get the roller block........also if someone could please say what all is need to convert this would help me weigh my options.
