I have an 88gt rear. I have just installed a 33spline spool, lpw girdle, and I am about to do 33spline axles with c clip eliminators. I got the kit from strange. I am having a hard time bringing myself to put the drum brakes back on the rear. I still have 4lug, and I plan to stay that way. Is there any way I can put disc brakes on the rear? I plan on 10's all motor, and 9s on juice. Im thinking that disc brakes would be a great addition to what I already have in the rear.

With a spool, I'm gonna go ahead and say drag.....heh.

SSBC has some 4-lug disc kits. Also, you may want to consider '93 Cobra rear disc. Still 4-lug. I don't know what's involved w/ putting that together, but it seems like a viable option.

Street/strip. More street than strip though. For 600 bux the strange kit was a deal IMO, spool or not.

I see that aerospace makes a 4 lug disc brake kit that works with eliminators. They are drag brakes though. Whats the word on drag brakes on the street? Would only be a weekend warrior type car.
