Well, my car is almost 2 1/2 years now and I haven't changed the brakes yet. Well, it's time so what brake pads do you suggest. I have chrome cobras so I don't want anything that will leave alot of dust or that can damage chrome. Thanks.

PORCLAEN (sp?) Do not use other materials with your stock rotors cause it will eat them up.

I had Hawk Pads on my 00 GT and they did leave brake dust. I think no matter what, you will always have atleast a little brake dust.

And damn Wil, 2.5 years and still the same brakes.

Putting on the cobra brake kit would make your car look so much better.. you have all that open space from the 18's, it would be nice to fill it with something good looking. cobra brake kit with pads and new brake lines for 399 www.stangparts.com i think

I prefer full lunch breaks.

How are Performance Friction? I'm not thinking of going to anything too insane yet.

I use the EBC "greenstuff." Not as much dust as others but they all dust some. Tire Rack has them for $69 a pair.
