What can I use to re-attach weatherstripping?

When I reassemble my car tonight, what can I use to reattach the weather striping from like the C pillars? I need something rubberish/can flex a little but still strong.

I need a refresh.. where are the C pillers please? Outer body like when you remove the rear 1/4 glass?
