I think Spec makes those clutches but you need an 8.5" clutch I think

I have the autozone replacement clutch in every 2.3T car I have. I'm not sure how competitive the prices are but with my 20% Its pretty cheap not to mention the easy return policy. But I never said that.

haha. when u dog your cars w/ the autozone clutches does that clutch take the $^*% of being driven hard. the guys that are helping me do the swap told me to go with an upgraded clutch (Spec Stage II) or something in that ballpark. But i do like the prices of those stock clutches.

I can assure you I doubt your car will take the beating this car has taken. The only rear tires the car has had on it the last 4 months is slicks and 1 out of every 3 times I move the car forward it does it at 4500 rpm.
Not sure about longevity over years but yes the do well to take a beating. One full year and going strong.

I'll look up the price tomorrow. I'm supposed to be about 240 now but it doesn't feel like it. When I come back from the show this weekend I'm going to spray the coupe in addition to a slight intercooler change. It should be over 300hp pretty easy (after its running right) and on slicks.
Right now the 1/4 equals something about 15.0 when I can give it all it has it should be mid 13's easy.
I'll let you know.
