what color to paint my 91 5.0 lx

Im a big fan of sonic blue. Or I dont know the exact name but its like white with a pearl blue coat, looks pretty much white but in some angles you get a hint of blue

Flat Black...yeah like rattle-can style....that's what I'm going to be doing. Looks a lot meaner than you'd think. Grabber orange sounds nice though if you actually want some flash.

I agree, I love sonic blue. Just got mine back about two weeks ago. The front of my car is Sonic.

Im not recommending my paint job, cuz i like being different, but keep your options open, there are a TON of colors out there in 1,000,000 different shades. Sonic blue and Gunmetal seems to be the bandwagon everyone is jumping on. They both look killer in IMO, but if everyone had the same color....ya know...it wouldnt have the same effect.

i've seen one time a mustang with a custom paint: black to blue.. irt looked good.. my car is black right now so when it's time to get a paint job it's gonna be black to blue.... can't find a pic but it looked good

I agree, when I was looking to get my car painted alot of people seemed to like the Sonic Blue. I was going to get my entire car painted that color but I didnt want my car to look like everyone elses. I ended up spending more money to get the fade but I havent seen that color scheme yet and I am happy how it turned out. Keep your options open.

Unless you do it right, i say keep the stock color.

SOmethine about changing the color of a car and leaving the door jambs, under the hood and under the trunk/hatch the original color that screams out "cheap" and "tacky".

I see it all the times, guys go paint their cars bright red. It looks nice and all but then you open the door to get in and the inside is green or blue or something.
