I agree with mustang5l5....get the stock color unless your gonna get it done right with the engine bay and all jams painted.

Im not recommending my paint job, cuz i like being different, but keep your options open, there are a TON of colors out there in 1,000,000 different shades. Sonic blue and Gunmetal seems to be the bandwagon everyone is jumping on. They both look killer in IMO, but if everyone had the same color....ya know...it wouldnt have the same effect.

i'm partial to the deep emerald green of my 5.0 lx "7 up" however my next choice would be the green of 'sirsureshot39".nice ride!

go with the stock color or in my case, a shade brighter. i have a red lx and it's going in for paint soon but a bit brighter so that way you wont really notice the door jambs, etc.
