I drive mine to shows and cruises in good weather only and to local tracks to watch others race.

i drive mine once durring the week at least plus the weekends and to the track to race.

but that was before i had a paint job...

now that i going to have a paint job i might to a little scared to take it to the races, but i guess we will see what happens when i get it back from the paint shop!

Hells yes. Hahaha. Drive as often as possible, race as often as possible. But seem to be stuck in the " Park it til you save money to work on it" as Bob said.

I drive mine mainly on weekends, or until I notice the next strange sound or vibration coming from it.
Then it sits torn apart for the next several days as I throw money at the problem.

yea!

but with my luck...

i'll get everything back on, lights, chrome, carpet, and dash and take it to the track and then blow my tranny or something


but your right, i have to at least try out the 347 because i want to change my name from
12sec67 to 11sec67

Mine is a weekend driver plus race. It sure spends a lot of time in pieces lately though.
I am with Steel1212 in his thinking that 12sec67 has it in his blood and it will never leave.
So 12sec; just plan on racing that 347 and whittling down those ET's and ENJOY that car!
I left drag racing for several years but it never left me. And now I am back with more love for it than ever.

it is still in the paint shop
i'll post pics as soon as i get it back.



it is getting painted almost a 2 tone almost like the ebay fastforward car scheme but mines a coupe and i picked different colors:

silverstone metallic then a shade darker starting in the front and going over the hood, top, trunk and down the back between the lights to the rear valance
