i bought a 86 gt mustang a guy was building for a race/street car with no motor. The tranny was in it so I pulled it out. He says it was built by tci, It has the tci sticker on top. I was wondering if there was anyway to tell what series of tci tranny I have? The servo in the passenger side has an R on it and stamped fomoco. I thought a r servo came in c6's. Anyway I just want to know what it is. He also says it has a full reverse manual valve body.

here are some numbers off of it
Bellhousing: rf-d75p-7976-aa
Tranny: d40p-7006-aa
Servo: d0ap-7d027-a
I think these are right 0 and d's are hard to tell

It also has a big 14X of the tail shaft like a brand done by a welder.

Best bet would be to try calling TCI, or maybe summitt or jegs tech line could help...

How about a picture? Or you can look at pans from summit or others to match the shape of your's with pics of pans for sale.
