what do i need to watch out for when buying a used Kenne bell?

I might have found one for a really good price over the internet. but i was just wondering what to look out for as far as wear. is there certain parts that are known to go bad on these.

also if i do get it and any of the internal parts are damaged can you buy replacements for a reasonable cost?
