So I got my new bumper put on this morning, but I'm still not sure how much I like it without the "MUSTANG" embossed in it.

I have a black spoiler, I'm going to get the black taillight panel, and before I had the black "MUSTANG" decals on the bumper, but I'm not sure if the black wing and panel will look right without the mustang decals.

I think it looks nice and clean that way, but I don't know, I'm still on the fence on it.

I think it looks pretty good. It would look better with some fat arse wheels back there.

I think you just convinced me to do the same thing to mine. I like it. By the way, is that a 64 Galaxie 500 in the background?

63 Fairlane 500, it has 47k original miles, but it's last registration expired in 1982.

It's weird because most of the time it doesn't but sometimes it does appear to be just slightly darker.

Ah, Fairlane. I noticed the fins on the rear quarters after I posted. Does that thing have pony wheels on it?

The wheels of a 96 V6 Mustang I stripped. I'm thinking that the stock Bullitts from my 04 would look good on there, if I get around to ordering some new ones for the 04.

I like it but think a color matched wing or 03/04 Cobra wing would look better

I like it and the black spoiler. I can see how your feeling about missing the black letters to break up all the blue, which is what the spoiler is doing. My suggestion would be to look into blacking out the angled piece in the middle of the bumper. You can buy a sticker for it so no need to paint anything. I've seen that look good and bad, depending on the car. Maybe photoshop it first or something.
