The indicator on my B&M hammer shifter broke so i trimmed a manual boot to fit and had UPR custom drill a shift knob to fit it.

The chrome around the shift panel is from UPR and the floor mat is only on the drivers side when i drive it.

That's cool! Looks like a manual. I really like that shift knob too. Can you just out any manual knob on it?

Looks good, but would look better if it was attached to a 5-speed or 6, and had a 3rd pedal next to that floor mat!

No that was custom drilled by UPR to fit that shifter. And 25th why would i want a stick for a drag car. I went 10.42 @128 on a 225 shot and race gas. The wife don't want me to cage it so i just show it and have fun on the street. I only run a 175 shot on the street so i can run pump gas.

Idk my friends Tremec car just went 10.41 @ 129 on an all motor pump gas set up. It's a fun car to drive. Dads 393 car should go low 10s on motor mid 9s on a shot with a 4-speed! I just really enjoy banging gears in a street or drag car!

Autos are very consistant and you dont have to worry about missing a shift and shattering a gear when racing..

But I love shifting gears so I stay with the manual for daily driver.

Dude thats hawt I like how it has the manuel look. Not too thrilled about the floor mats, but if you like them thats all that counts.

Should be about where the dads car is with a hit... I have driven low 10 second versions of each, won't even look at an auto, but everyone is different! I like to drive the car, not hang on for the ride.

Again, nice looking boot, cleaner than the way they look stock thats for sure.

Looks nice. I was hoping it wasn't a 14 second car when I saw that switch panel

That's why. It's just plain badass and fun. We have this argument so often I should just put that vid in my sig. To each his own, and I'm not gonna rag on you for running an auto car, but I'm with 25th 100%.

Yeah and here is another reason...

Also you know Josh, when Jim put the car on the bumper and slammed second gear (maroon notch at Etown), there just isn't anything at the drag strip that is as much fun to watch as a fast stick car! Not to mention showing who the real drivers are .
