What do you think this set up will make

Ok so my warranty is no longer in exsistance so its time to build. I have a second car to drive to work so I have time to do this right.

I am thinking about getting the mmr 5.4 street mod 700 shortblock with flat top pistons and top it off with vt stage 2 heads and vt stage 2 cams along with with all of my current mods. I will also add small stuff like upgraded oil and fuel pumps, windage tray, 7qt oil pan, bigger injectors and a dyno tune.

Im looking to reach 400rwhp NA. Will this get me there and if not what else do you think i will need. I don't want to super or turbo charge just reach 400 naturally. Once I reach that then I will spray the crap out of it .

get it sleeved to 3.75 bore and you wont need flat tops to make the power.. leaving room for tons of boost later on

I plan on ever making any boost i just want to beat stock 03-04 cobras with just engine and then blow the modded ones out of the water with the spray.

I guess I'm old school and would rather build a motor for power.
