30 over 289 block,
afr 185 cc heads (61 cc comb),
comp cams solid roller 608/614 lift 242/248 lift at .05.,
probe dome pistons(10.44:1 final comp)
dss roller rockers
rpm air gap intake ported to match heads,
holley 650
msd ignition w/ 6al
canton 7 qt pan with windage tray
all arp bolts
ceramic coated hooker super comp headers with h pipe and borla mufflers
elec fan
no a/c or p/s to rob power
stock rods but being resized with bigger arp bolts/studs.

Also thinking of running 6 pt roll bar and solid motor mounts.
Chassis has 9" with 4.30 gears, traction bars, bolt on subframe connectors that i will weld up, monte carlo bar, export brace, and hoosier 8" slicks.

What do you think it will make?

Will be in front of a t5 will 2.95 1st gear and built to handle 7k rpm shifts
car weighed in at 3200 with me in it and the iron heads and 4 speed

so it should be just a little over 3100 now
4.30 gears with a 26" slick in a 1965 mustang.

What do you think it will run?

Almost identical to my setup.

Couple things I'd recommend: Victor JR or FMS like intake will help you out a bit, and an electric water pump or drive.

Hard to say, but if I had to guess, you're going to be in the ~425 range.

I ran with an electric water pump drive, victor jr, 11:5 compression & a holley 700, with a similar cam and was running low 12's on a 2800lb car with street tires and spinning down the track with 4.30's. I'm running a C4 with a 4000 stall, with a few different gears, 3.70's on the street and either 4.30's or 4.56's at the track.
