ok strange question, but when i turn the key on then keep turning it as if to start, i get this loud buzzing sound along with 3 gauge lightbulbs lighting up. just wondering what that means.
If some of the gauge lights are coming on, chances are it's the buzzer for the lights being left on. Or a precursor to it (like the lighting circuit) is crosswired or otherwise FUBAR'd.
hmm. i wouldnt doubt a crosswire, half the wires in this probably are. i had thought maybe it was just a thing foxes do when you try to start without engaging the clutch, kinda like an alarm to let you know your doing it wrong.

Nope. If you try and start a fox without using the clutch, there's no feedback. The starter interlock flow simply stops at the clutch switch and that's it. The computer nor anything else has a clue what's going on.
