Interior and Upholstery What does this button do?

I apologize if this has been answered before.

Any idea what this button does? I bought this used and just noticed it now. The dealer says its aftermarket, but i havent figured it out. It is hooked to the bottum of the dash.

That was a dealer installed shut down box. It's for when people don't make a payment they can shut the car down.
