What Does This Wire in The Seat Go To?!?!

What does this wire do? The passenger and driver sides have lumbar but that wire plugs into the middle of the underside of the seat. The wire hanging from the seat appears to go to the lumbar region. Did the driver's side have another lumbar connection? This wire was cut and I don't know whether or not to reconnect it.

the wire by the seatbelt is for when the seatbelt is buckled it turns off the chime you hear. The other one looks like it's for the power for the lumbar or the air line for the lumbar? peace

Power seat motor??? Mine has a power motor under the driver seat. Pass seat is manual. Just maybe an option for our cars and was easier to make all with the acc plug and only use the ones that come with power driver seat??

mine has it. it doesnt have anything to plug into though.
