I bumped my TB up to about 900rpms...it gets rid of that 1st gear bucking that sometimes occurs in traffic. Anything higher than 900 and the TB stays open for too long after you let off the throttle.

Mine is low. About 600rpm (auto). Its died once. I have a new IAC. Was the same before and after. Is the tune the only way to adjust it? I have an OLD autologic chip. Might be time for an Xcal 3 finally.

If you have an aftermarket t/b it should have an idle adjustment screw. Not sure about stockers though.
