I just bought a MAC prochamber for my 96'. I know I need a new ford gasket and stud kit from NAPA, but is there anything else I need? Also does anyone have the part number for the stud kit?

I would assume the pro chamber bolts up the same as an H pipe. I put a mac O/R H pipe on my car and didn't need anything except some bolts to hold the mufflers to the end of the H Pipe. no gaskets or anything. Mine used "ball joints" or something of the sort to hold it together

With the ford gasket and the stud kt, you are good to go with one exception: MIL eliminators. you will need these or a chip to turn off the engine light.

I didn't need a new gasket. On the passenger side the gasket just stuck to the manifold and i never had any problems with an exhaust leak on that side either.

all you should need is that NAPA stud kit for the bolts with no shoulders to allow you to torque down the flange enough to seal it off completely.

I have had no problems with my prochamber leaking. I did not get the stud kit I did get another OEM gasket for passenger side and I have yet to put on my mil's and I can drive for over 300 miles before the check engine light will come on. I will tell you this much be ready for a battle with the lower passenger side bolt. you O2 sensor is in the way and so you will have to remove it but if you are unlucky it wil be dam near frozen solid. I tried to use a O2 sensor socket but couldn't get it on because the starter motor was in the way. Finnally got it loose with a box end wrench but had a hell of a time with that. Then the lower bolt is at a angle that give you just enough room for a universal and socket. Trying to break those bolts loose with a universal is a pain. Get some good break free stuff. I have no idea what the real name for that stuff is.. GL
