Ok, here's my situation: I drive an automatic 1995 Ford Mustang GT with BBK CA-intake and American Thunder flows, and my dad drives a stock 5-speed 2002 Mustang GT. I recently learned how to drive standard and my dad frequently lets me take out his Mustang (just around the neighborhood and ****). Basically, I've fallen in love with the 5-speed. ANYWAYS, my dad has recently started talkin about getting a 2005 Mustang GT and if he does get one (which might not even happen for like 6 months or maybe a year) I'll sell my car and give him the money and take his '02 Stang. So my question is, what kind of exhaust should I look into getting for the '02? Like I said, I have American Thunder Flows (cat-back) on my '95 and honestly it's not really very loud (although it does sound good). So I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on how to make the '02 sound reallllllly good.

The only thing is, I won't do ANYTHING that's not street legal and I don't want to spend more than like $350-$400 on a exhaust kit.

check out magnaflow, borla, or bassani catback. they are pricy, but if you get lucky you could snag one off the classifieds or ebay.
the slp kit is cheaper and sounds pretty good too. consider a mid pipe if you can afford it.

I have a set of Flowmasters on my car the rest of it is stock and it sounds great. I always have people tell me that it sounds good. When I bought it it had a Mac Pro Chamber, with that it was really loud. I took it off and put the stock h-pipe back on. The Pro Chamber didn't have any catalytic convertors those make it quieter when they are on. I put the stock h-pipe back on so it would be legal. Get this I bought it from a dealer and when they took to to a shop to have the saftey and emissions done on it it passed which it shouldn't have. So I took it back and made them fix it, i learned to look things over a little mroe closely with the next car I buy.
