what fluid to use in a t-5

Any t5 built before Borg-ner sold to Tremec in 98(?) will say Borg Warner on it. After that Tremec. If I understand the above posts correctly?
Another vote for the Tri-Ax. You know when you are in gear, no guessing. But it does take some effort to get from gear to gear.

Tremec bought Borg Warner in 1997/1998.
The T-5, T-45 and T-56 were all originally Borg Warner Designs. After 1998 Tremec owned the rights and began producing them and replacement parts. Therefore any of those transmissions with Tremec stamped on them were made after Tremec bought BW.
