what flywheel?

Hey im just about getting done with gathering parts for my t5 swap and i need a flywheel now.. i was looking at one a little while ago that was forged steel i belive and it was NHRA certifed if anyone knows what im talking about let me know and any good sites that have them will help even more.

I bought an sfi approved steel flywheel for my stroker. I got it off ebay.
Also, you'll want to get a 50oz. not the 28oz.

Just get the ford motorsport stock replacement, it's about $100.

I run a billet steel flywheel. I don't recall the manufacturer now but you can get them from a number of sources. The one I use happens to be zero balanced but they come in all flavors.

Give Summit a look. They have them in a couple different varieties.
