I have a 1994 GT. I bought it with some mods done, but not entirely sure what is done to it completely. Definitely has a high flow fuel pump so I figured it would be a good idea to put on a AFPR. So I bought the Kirban 94-95 GT AFPR from American Muscle. It has a 3-bolt flange on it. When I went to take off my stock fuel pressure regulator, I see that it is a 2-bolt flange, with a different setup. Obviously I dont have the stock fuel rails on my car. Do I have a Fox-Body fuel rail on my car?

they sent you the wrong one, stock is a 2 bolt flange.

94-97 (maybe 98 also) used the same regulators

Wow. I cant believe that, because I thought so. I argued with the tech-support guy for 15 minutes that they must of sent the wrong one. Just wow, I'm really un-impressed with American-Muscle.com now, because they went to the extent of telling me that I must not know how to install it, and that I should have a professional do it for me. I'm pretty pissed off now. I even told him that they must have sent the wrong one, yet he demanded that it was the right one, and that is should call Kirban performance with my technical support question. Well you lost a customer AmericanMuscle, thats all. The technical support guy was a real loser. I even had him go into their warehouse to check if all the other 94GT regulators had a 3 bolt flange, and he said yes they do. So don't order your regulators from them because they will send you the wrong one, and then argue with you that they sent you the right one.

Yeah that is probably what it would take to make them believe a customer. I am going to call Kirban Performance and have one of their representatives give AM a call, since they wont believe the consumer. I'll just order one from another company, because I KNOW they will just send the wrong one again if I order it after the tech support guy said all of their 94-98 FPR had 3-bolt flanges. Maybe after like 10 people complain and return their AFPR they will get the idea that they have them stocked wrong.

Yeah see I had the correct instruction manual with mine (had 94-95 5.0L at the top like yours) but its the old style 3 bolt flange. INFURIATING! When I call tmw, if they STILL give me flack, i will honestly ask him for his email address and point him to those pictures.
