I'm assuming when you said stock ones, you ment the non Bullitt fuel rails, they don't fit,the fuel line that runs between the two rails are way longer, not by much, but enough.I'm gonna be in the same boat this summer when i start collecting stuff for my Bullitt intake.
Plus where the fule line connects to the rail is in the wrong location.

But if you mean stock Bullitts, yeah, that would be the ones to find.

The stock '01 GT rails will not work. The right side barb for the cross-over interferes with a runner on the Bullitt intake.

Most aftermarket rails run the cross-over out of the rear of the rail and wrap it around the backside of the intake (between the intake and dash), so it shouldn't be an issue with aftermarket.

I bought the Bullitt rails from a Ford dealer for $126.
