what gears to get in my 66

im putting a AOD in my 66 mustang.. also have a paxton going on.. im not worried about qaurter mile times.. would it be safe to run a 410 gear with my blown 289 or get 373s.. what would be the top speed in 4th gear with the 410 gears..
