Depends on if you want to tune it or have someone else do it. I bought the PMS so I could do the tuning myself instead of having to be a slave to a burned chip evrytime I changed something. SCT tuning has come a long way and if you can get it done in your area I'd do it.

If you want to have a blow off valve, you have to position the Mass Air-flow sensor after the blow-off valve. And looking at the s-trim, that looks pretty hard.
